1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Next to Server ID, click View Info.
3. Copy the server ID.
4. Visit the BisectHosting Help Center.
5. Under Contact Us, select Technical Support. A new request can also be submitted from the My Tickets tab.
6. In the Subject field, enter a title.
