Reporting these issues is crucial for maintaining a stable, responsive, and enjoyable environment for the community.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Next to Server ID, click View Info.
3. Press the Copy Server ID button.
4. Visit the BisectHosting Help Center.
5. Under Other Ways to Find Help, select Contact Us. A new request can also be submitted from the My Tickets tab.
6. On the Subject field, enter the desired title.
Note: Typing on the subject field may display suggested articles. Open the article for any available solutions.
7. From the Description box, input details of the issue.
8. Under Topic, choose a category.
9. Select the game associated with the issue.
10. Under Server ID, paste the server ID from step 3.
11. Press the Submit button. Support staff will respond as soon as possible.
