1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Next to Server ID, click View Info.
3. Press the Copy Server ID button.
4. Visit the BisectHosting Help Center.
5. Under Other Ways to Find Help, select Contact Us. A new request can also be submitted from the My Tickets tab.
6. Fill in the form.
7. Under Server ID, paste the server ID from step 3.
8. Click the Attachments area.
9. Upload the Minecraft client log file named latest.
10. Press the Submit button.
