Transferring a game server to BisectHosting is designed to be low effort and easy to use. Customers can initiate a fully managed transfer by simply purchasing a server and starting a conversation with support. BisectHosting's expert support team will handle the entire migration process, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free transition. Alternatively, customers can choose to manually transfer their server by archiving, uploading, and unarchiving their files.

How to Switch From Another Host to BisectHosting (Support)

1. Purchase a BisectOne server here.

2. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.

3. Next to Server ID, click View Info.

4. Copy the server ID.

5. Visit the BisectHosting Help Center.

6. Under Contact Us, select Technical Support. A new request can also be submitted from the My Tickets tab.

7. Fill in the request form.

Note: If FTP access is available from the previous server host, include these details in the support ticket.

8. Under Server ID, paste the server ID from step 3.

9. Press the Submit button. Support staff will respond as soon as possible.

How to Switch From Another Host to BisectHosting (Manual)

1. Archive the game files from the existing host.

2. Purchase a BisectOne server here.

3. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.

4. Stop the server.

5. Go to the Files tab.

6. Drag and drop the archived file.

7. Right-click on the archived file and click Unarchive.

8. Start the server.
