Valheim servers can freely adjust the combat difficulty by modifying various settings. By default, multiple presets exist for combat, ranging from very easy to very hard. However, users looking for more in-depth options can modify settings such as player or enemy damage manually, allowing for a wider range of customization. Adjusting these values can drastically affect the difficulty of the game, opening up opportunities for players of different skill levels to tackle more challenging enemies.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Settings tab and choose Valheim Server Options.
4. Adjust the Combat Modifier to the desired preset.

5. Alternatively, the modifiers can be adjusted manually by enabling File View.
6. From the [GameModifiers] section, adjust the desired values by percentage.
Note: The Combat Modifier setting must be left blank to utilize custom stat values.
