Valheim servers can adjust gathering and resource acquisition rates to speed up progression and acquire more valuable materials over time. Players can adjust this rate based on existing world modifiers or customize it manually to fine-tune their desired server playstyle. This can allow users to explore new biomes and acquire much more exclusive resources in fewer trips, or they can make it much more scarce, requiring players to think ahead before making long journeys.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Settings tab and choose Valheim Server Options.
4. Adjust the Resources Modifier to the desired rate.

5. Alternatively, the modifier can be adjusted manually by enabling File View.
6. Adjust the resourcerate to the desired percentage.
Note: The Resource Modifier setting must be left blank to utilize a custom resource rate.
7. Press Save.
8. Start the server.
