1. Unlock the Astral Mountains Garden Watchtower fast travel.
2. Go to the following coordinates: -396, 448
3. Fight the PAL Genetic Research Unit Executioners. An Executioner will use Xenogard.
4. Defeat the executioners and catch Xenogard.

5. The enemy base will respawn in 30 minutes.
