Windrose servers can upload their saves to a convenient interactive map site to help with exploration and locate high-value points of interest more quickly. The interactive map tool also tracks quest locations and ship encounters, and allows players to identify the different biomes for each island. This allows users to plan efficient fast-travel locations, discover faction bases, and plot their routes as they progress through the game.
