Enabling Immersive Exploration on a Windrose server removes standard HUD elements and navigation aids, creating a more grounded and challenging gameplay experience. This setting encourages players to rely on environmental cues and physical landmarks, thereby significantly increasing the sense of discovery and realism in the world. By stripping away digital overlays, the server fosters a deeper connection to the atmosphere and requires a more tactical, observant approach to survival.
Note: Markers for points of interest will still be on the map once found. However, the map will no longer display an undiscovered marker highlight when a player is near a point of interest.
