Set in an alternative Age of Piracy, Windrose utilizes procedural generation to construct unique island biomes. Server admins create a fresh world to clear the current map progression and character data. Generating a pristine environment provides a clean starting point with unlooted dungeons and untouched resource nodes.
Note: Make backups locally to save any necessary files.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Settings tab and choose Startup.
4. Take note of the Island ID.
5. Go to the Files tab.
6. Find the following directory: /home/container/R5/Saved/SaveProfiles/Default/RocksDB_v2/<game version>/Worlds
7. Mark the checkbox next to the folder that matches the Island ID from step 4.
8. Hit Delete.
9. Click Yes, Delete to confirm.
10. From the directory line, click container.
11. Find the following directory: /home/container/R5/Saved/SaveProfiles/Default/RocksDB_v2_Backups/Worlds
12. Mark the checkbox next to the folder that matches the Island ID from step 4.
13. Hit Delete.
14. Click Yes, Delete to confirm.
15. Start the server.
16. Once fully booted, stop the server.
17. Go to the Files tab.
18. Find the following directory: /home/container/R5/Saved/SaveProfiles/Default/RocksDB_v2/<game version>/Worlds
19. Choose the newly created folder.
20. Open WorldDescription.json.
21. On the "islandID" line, copy the ID between the brackets.
22. Select the Settings tab and choose Startup.
23. In the Island ID field, paste the ID from step 21.
