Satisfactory dedicated servers allow players to create new saves to experience major game updates from the beginning. Generating a fresh world ensures compatibility with altered resource node locations and revised crafting recipes. Initiating a new session provides a clean slate for multiplayer groups seeking different starting biomes.
Requirement: Creating a new save requires admin permissions.
1. Launch Satisfactory.
2. Go to the Server Manager.
3. Choose the server.
4. Select the Create Game tab.
5. Click Authenticate.
6. Enter the Administrator password and click Confirm.
7. Pick a map, enter a session name, and hit Start Game.
8. Press Confirm.
9. View all saves on the Manage Saves tab.
