Creating an email account on a web hosting server establishes a cohesive brand identity by using a custom domain rather than a generic provider. This setup provides centralized control over communication data, allowing for direct management of storage limits, security protocols, and spam filters. Furthermore, hosting email alongside web content simplifies administration and often enables the creation of unlimited aliases to better organize different business departments.
