Setting the time on a Hytale server allows administrators to tailor the atmosphere and lighting to match the specific theme or mood of a build or event. It provides essential control over gameplay mechanics, such as bypassing the dangers of nighttime or ensuring optimal visibility for recorded content and showcases. Additionally, managing the day-night cycle helps maintain a consistent player experience, preventing environmental factors from interfering with organized community activities.
