Users can manually authenticate their Hytale servers by signing in to their Hytale accounts using a provided URL. Manual authentication is an optional way for users to authenticate their servers. While the server is downloading, users can customize and create their avatars, with cosmetics linked to the various game editions. In addition, servers must be manually authenticated to submit an application for the public discovery list.
Note: An error may occur during server authentication. This error is on Hytale's end. Until it is resolved, continue retrying the authentication steps.
1. Log in to the Hytale website using the chosen sign-in method.
2. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
3. Stop the server.
4. Go to the Startup tab.
5. On the Session Type dropdown, choose Manual Auth.
6. Start the server.
7. From the window that appears, press Authenticate, then minimize the window.
8. Go to the Console tab.
9. Copy the Code that appears under Device Authorization.
10. Paste the copied code into the window from step 7, and press Approve.
11. The Device Authorized pop-up will appear, and the server will be ready for use.
