Modifying the world seed is a great way to share world-generation layouts on a Hytale server. Inputting a new value for a specific world will refresh its generation, providing the new and requiring minimal configuration. Using an existing world seed is a great way to quickly find the locations of rare resources, impressive landscapes, or high-level ruins.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Find the following directory: /home/container/universe/worlds.
5. Replace the "Seed" value with the desired world seed.
6. Press Save.
7. Select the chunks and resources folders if present.
8. Choose Delete.
9. Start the server.
