1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Config Files tab and choose Game Settings.
4. Paste the following in a new line:
RingSizes=4240.0,4240.0,4240.0,4240.0,4240.0,4240.0
RingSpeeds=1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.05. Press the Save button.
6. Start the server.
