1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Config Files tab and choose Game Settings.
4. From the CarSpawnRate line, enter the desired value from 0.0 to 1.0.
Note: The decimal value is converted to a percent to determine the car spawn rate.
5. Press the Save button.
6. Start the server.
