Adding custom songs to a Clone Hero server significantly expands the game's lifespan and variety, allowing players to enjoy tracks far beyond the original set list and official releases. Requirement: All players must have the same file to select custom songs in the lobby. If the song files are not identical, the selection will be greyed out.
1. Download the desired songs here. Choose the .zip format.
2. Open the File Explorer.
3. Find the following local directory: Documents\Clone Hero\Songs .
4. Extract the file from step 1 to the Songs folder.
5. Launch Clone Hero.
6. Open Settings.
7. Go to the General tab.
8. Choose Scan Songs.
9. Press Yes and wait for the scan to finish.
