Allowing only the host to choose songs on a Clone Hero server is primarily used to establish control and maintain a specific theme or difficulty for the server's session. It prevents players from derailing the planned playlist with inappropriate, unsynced, or overly complicated/easy songs that the rest of the group may not want to play. It is an essential setting for streamers, structured group events, or competitive sessions that require a carefully curated, consistent song list.
Note: Enabling this setting allows the host to add any number of songs. The setting automatically disables Songs per Client.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Config Files tab and choose Server Config.
4. From the Only Host Chooses Songs dropdown, choose Enabled.
5. Start the server.
