A private Cubic Odyssey server allows players to create a customized and persistent multiplayer world with their own rules and settings. It ensures a stable, dedicated co-op experience that does not rely on a host player being online, so the world remains active 24/7. This setup provides complete control over the game environment, including password protection for privacy, and often features better performance and DDoS protection compared to peer-to-peer hosting.
