In Conan Exiles, a server region is the geographic location where the game server is physically hosted. Players can connect to servers based on their preferred server region to optimize their gameplay experience. Selecting a server in the same area as the player can help reduce latency, ensuring smoother gameplay and less lag. However, there is a well-known bug in which a server is listed in a different region in the Server Browser than where it is actually hosted.
