The day and night duration on an Echoes of Elysium server is freely adjustable, allowing users to speed up or slow down the time progression. Changing the day's duration will also affect the overall game speed, so users should be cautious when setting values too low or too high. Users can also adjust other server settings, such as the maximum stack size, backpack space, and player health.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Choose the GameData folder.
5. Open the GameConfig.json file.
6. Navigate to the "timeOfDay" section.
7. Next to "realSecondsToGameHour", input the desired value. A value of 60 would make an in-game hour pass after sixty seconds.
8. Press the Save button.
9. Start the server.
