Modifying the "Shutdown If Empty Interval" on an ICARUS server controls how quickly the world halts its internal timer and freezes time when no players are logged in. Extending this interval ensures the world remains active and time continues to pass naturally even if everyone briefly steps away. Conversely, shortening it quickly pauses the in-game clock, preventing time from advancing so players don't miss out on crucial world progression while the server sits empty.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Settings tab and choose Startup.
4. From the Shutdown if Empty Interval dropdown, choose the desired time.
