Stardew Valley servers can make use of the monster spawning option to allow monsters to spawn on player farms at night, regardless of farm type. This is a great way to allow specific resources to be farmed, or to create more tension for returning players. There are also various items for players to equip that can help them defeat the farm's monsters, including trinkets, which provide unique benefits while worn.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Settings tab and choose Dedicated Server Config.
4. Modify the "SpawnMonstersOnFarmAtNight" value to true to enable monster spawns, or false to disable them.
5. Press Save.
6. Start the server.
