The deep sea is an exciting mechanic that can be freely adjusted on Rust servers, allowing players to fine-tune and customize it to their liking. The Deep Sea opens at a customizable interval, allowing players to explore the waters and acquire high-tier loot and resources, while requiring them to build custom ships that can withstand the harsh seas and dangerous enemies. In return, players are rewarded with some of the best items the game has to offer, providing a great incentive to prepare for deep-sea events.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Start the server.
3. Go to the Console tab.
4. Enter the desired deep sea config command. A list of commands is available below.
5. Use the writecfg command to save the changes.
6. Stop and Start the server.
Note: Some changes can be loaded without a server restart by using the
readcfgcommand, however, some deep sea settings require a full restart.
