Config settings on a Rust server can be freely adjusted using the server.cfg file or by executing a wide range of commands. By adjusting settings, players can fine-tune their servers' difficulty or customize various aspects, such as weather, events, and more. When used in conjunction with admin commands, users can have a flexible level of control, allowing them to change settings without stopping the server.
