Adding the Permissions Manager plugin to a Rust server can simplify granting players various permissions or command access. Typically, granting a player admin privileges can be done through commands or configuration files. Using the Permissions Manager, players can access a convenient GUI that lists all current players and allows administrators to update individual or group permissions, granting them access to moderator commands or plugins.
