The Jar Refund feature is a customizable mechanic introduced in the latest updates for 7 Days to Die. This setting determines the probability of a character retaining an empty glass container after consuming its contents. While the standard difficulty treats these items as consumables that vanish upon use, the system allows return rates ranging from 0% to 100%. This addition addresses community feedback concerning immersion and the logistics of water collection in the post-apocalyptic environment. It operates alongside the reintroduction of glass jars as lootable and craftable assets in the game.
