HumanitZ servers can be updated automatically or manually via the BisectHosting Starbase panel. Updating a server can introduce interesting new mechanics, places of interest, and more. Users can also control the current version on their servers by utilizing the Steam beta branches, which can be helpful to control versions between large game updates, or maintain active saves.

1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.

2. Stop the server.

3. Go to the Startup tab.

4. Ensure Auto-Update is set to True.

5. Start the server.

How to Manually Update a HumanitZ Server

1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.

2. Stop the server.

3. Go to the Home tab.

4. Choose Update Server.

5. Wait for the installation to finish, then Start the server.
