Project Zomboid servers can transfer save progress to locally hosted servers. By downloading an existing save, players can retain any progress they have made on the server, including their player data. This allows players to keep their saves and progress safe, so long as they are transferring to local multiplayer. If transferring to single-player, players will be required to convert their player data.
Note: Server saves transferred using this method can only be loaded by hosting a multiplayer game locally.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Open the .cache folder.

8. Find the following directory: [Drive:]/Users/[User]/Zomboid.
9. Unzip the downloaded files into the Zomboid folder.
Note: If prompted to replace files, ensure there are no saves that share file names with the server before confirming.
