Voyagers of Nera servers have multiple modifiable server settings, including the penalty for dying. By modifying the penalty, users can allow players to retain their inventories even after death, creating a more laid-back and beginner-friendly experience on the server. Users can also modify other difficulty settings, such as the harvest rate, player damage, and more.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Choose the Config Files dropdown menu and select Custom Game Settings.
4. Locate the Drop Items on Death section.
5. Open the Dropdown menu, and select Disabled.
6. Start the server.
