Being on the Verified Server List increases an SCP: Secret Laboratory server's visibility, as the in-game server browser primarily displays verified instances to the public. The verification process requires adherence to official rules and configurations, which promotes a standardized and reliable gameplay experience for players. Ultimately, verification is essential for building a consistent public community and ensuring the server is viewed as an official, stable place to play.
