The Forest is a survival horror game developed by Endnight Games. Players find themselves stranded in a dense forest after a plane crash and must survive by gathering resources, building shelter, and fighting off hostile creatures. The Forest features highly intelligent AI that will react to the player's actions, with enemies using advanced tactics to undermine the player.
1. Log in to the Steam Game Server Account Management here.
2. In the App ID section, input 242760.
3. Within the memo optionally input a name for the ID.
4. Press the Create button.
5. Copy the Login Token.
6. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
7. Stop the server.
8. Go to the Startup tab.
9. From the Steam Account Token field, paste the token from step 5.
10. Take note of the Server Name.
11. Start the server.
12. From The Forest main menu, choose Multiplayer.
13. Choose Join Game.
14. Choose Dedicated (Internet).
15. Search the name of the server from step 10.
16. Press the Join button.
