V Rising's progression system is tied to acquiring upgraded materials such as gems. While crude gems are used to craft specific early-game equipment, they cannot be used in crafting Spell Jewels. As a result, players may wish to turn any acquired crude gems into regular ones. Fortunately, this can be done through the gem-cutting crafting station acquired from one of the game's many bosses, ensuring that materials farmed during the early game can still be used.
1. To acquire the Gem Cutting Table, players must defeat Terah the Geomancer.
2. Terah can be found in Bedrock Pass, located within the Dunley Farmlands.
3. After defeating Terah, place the Gem Cutting Table in any castle.
4. The table will offer advanced gem recipes and a recipe to refine Crude Gems into Regular Gems.
5. Place the crude gems into the table to automatically begin refining them.
