A Terraria server reset is carried out to clean and refresh the game files within the server's environment. Any accumulated clutter, outdated data, or potential issues can be cleared by initiating this reset, resulting in a cleaner and more stable gameplay experience. This action helps prevent performance problems and ensures that players can enjoy the game without encountering glitches caused by lingering files.
Note: Make backups locally to save any necessary files.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Under the Installed section, select Swap Game.
4. Select Terraria from the game list.

- Store existing files in an Empty Instance: Creates a new instance and saves the current files in a separate instance for later use.
