Terraria is a sandbox adventure game that features various biomes, enemies, and bosses that will grow more hazardous as the player progresses through the game. Managing admins on a Terraria server can help maintain a positive experience for public servers, as well as help solve player issues on private servers. Admins can access various commands and settings such as making announcements, adjusting the server password, or kicking and banning players.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Go to the Files tab.
3. Enter the tshock folder
4. Open setup-code.txt.
5. Copy the numbers displayed.
6. Join the server.
7. Run the following command to obtain temporary system access: /setup [code from step 5]
8. Run the following command to give ownership: /user add [username] [password] owner
9. Run the following command to add admins: /user add [username] [password] admin
Note: If the player has a Space in their name, Add quotation marks (
") to either side of the name.
Ex:/user add "Joe Frank" 54321 admin.
10. Run the following command to remove admins: /user del [username]
