SCP: Secret Laboratory features an in-game intercom system, where any alive human player can activate the terminal to broadcast their voice to the whole server for a short time. The time players are allowed to speak can be adjusted, and the cooldown can be activated. Server owners may wish to adapt their cooldowns based on the current player cap, as larger servers may be too chaotic with short cooldowns.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Config Files tab and choose Server Config.
4. Navigate to the #Misc gameplay settings line.
5. Change the intercom_cooldown or intercom_max_speech_time to the desired values in seconds.
6. Press the Save button.
7. Start the server.
