Modifying Properties settings on a Schedule 1 server allows administrators to customize the in-game economy and player experience, influencing property availability and prices. The settings enable server owners to tailor the gameplay to their desired progression speed and overall server theme, creating a unique environment for their community. 1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Config Files tab and choose Schedule 1 Server Config.
4. From the Enable Property Protection dropdown, select Enabled.
Note: Property Protection enables property settings and prevents griefing other players' properties. Ray's Real Estate will be disabled while Property Protection is on.
5. Modify the property settings. Properties refer to both Housing and Businesses.
