Satisfactory has many ways to increase the efficiency of factories, including overclocking facilities through the use of 'Power Shards.' These shards can be crafted by collecting Power Slugs from the wilderness. Overclocking a facility increases its working speed, power generation, and power consumption, so ensure that power grids have plenty of excess power before attempting to overclock. Try collecting plenty of Power Slugs to adequately power custom blueprints and beef up production speed.
1. Power Slugs can be located all over the wilderness, typically in hard to reach places.
2. After locating one, hold E to pick it up.
3. Bring the Power Slugs to a Crafting Bench.
4. Locate the Power Shards section.
5. Power slugs have several Rarities, each providing a different amount of Power Shards.

6. Select the recipe for the collected slug type, then hold Craft.
7. Bring the Power Shards to any desired facility.
8. Locate the Overclocking section.
9. Place up to 3 Power Shards into their slots.
10. Drag the Power Slider to modify how efficiently the facility will work.
Note: Overclocking a facility increases the power it generates/consumes. Try overclocking generators first to provide more power.
