Farming Simulator 22 gives players the ability to expand to multiple different fields, utilizing them for whatever method of farming or ranching they prefer. Players can fill these farmland plots with crops, profitable livestock, or utility buildings. The key to expansion is purchasing new farmland, which enables different plots to play specialized roles. Farmland can be quite costly, and users often have only a limited budget, so be careful not to expand too quickly or purchase a plot with more land than needed.
1. Join the server and press the Esc key on the keyboard to open the Map Menu.
2. Press X on the keyboard to switch to the Farmland view.
3. Hit Space on the keyboard on the desired plot.
4. Confirm the purchase by pressing Enter on the keyboard.
5. If the wrong plot was purchased, players can sell the owned plot by pressing Space on the keyboard.
6. Selling a plot refunds the total price it was purchased for.
7. Press X on the keyboard to return to the Map Overview.
8. Select a fast travel point near the newly acquired farmland and press Visit to fast travel.
