Admins play a vital role in a Factorio server. As moderators of the game, they are responsible for maintaining the integrity and fairness of the gameplay environment. They can monitor player behavior, enforce rules, and impose penalties on those who violate them. On the other hand, removing admins that abuse their powers is also good to know to keep the fairness of the server. The guide below will detail both measures.

1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Go to the Console tab.
3. Run the following command: /promote [Player Name] | /promote [SteamID64] .
4. To remove an admin, enter the following command: /demote [Player Name] | /demote [SteamID64] .
Note: Changes to a player's admin status will take effect the next time that player logs into the server.
