As an Early Access game, major updates that overhaul core systems may require a server and character progression wipe to ensure all players can experience the new content correctly. Other common reasons for a reset include resolving persistent bugs, clearing corrupted world data, or fixing exploits that may have impacted the server's balance.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Find the following directory: /home/container/NWX/Saved .
5. Select the Config and Offline folders and hit Delete.
6. Click Delete to Confirm.
7. Start the server.
