1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Find the following directory: /home/container/mods/deathmatch .
5. Open the mtaserver.conf file.
6. Navigate to the <voice_samplerate> line.
7. Edit the desired values to adjust the quality.
