Installing Server Admin Tools on an Arma Reforger server is crucial for effective management and control, like configuring server settings, managing game modes, and monitoring performance. These tools also empower admins to enforce rules, handle disruptive players through kicking or banning, and maintain a fair gameplay environment. Server Admin Tools streamline server operations, enhance security, and enable a better, more tailored experience for all players.
1. From the Arma Reforger workshop page, open Server Admin Tools.
2. Take note of the mod's name, version, and ID.
3. Launch Arma Reforger.
4. Go to the Profile tab.
5. Take note of the Identity ID.
6. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
7. Stop the server.
8. Go to the Config Files tab and choose Server Config.
9. Within the "mods": square brackets[], paste the following:

}Note: If multiple mods exist, separate the format from step 9 with a comma before the curly bracket.
10. Input the details from step 2. The version can be changed to previous mod versions or left blank to use the latest version.
11. Press the Save button.
12. Start the server.
13. After a complete start, stop the server.
14. Go to the Files tab.
15. Find the following directory: /home/container/profile/profile .
16. Open the ServerAdminTools_Config.json file.
Note: Optionally, copy the file's contents and format it to a JSON viewer online.
17. Next to "admins":{, enter the ID from step 5 and optionally edit the nickname. Enter multiple admins by duplicating the sample format separated by a comma within the curly brackets.
18. After the desired edits, press the Save button.
19. Start the server.
20. Join the game using the account from step 17.
21. Open the Esc menu and choose Admin Tools.
