1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to Config Files > Server Permissions from the left sidebar.
4. On the Default line, adjust the permissions. This will change the permissions for players when they first join.

5. Permissions can be modified Per-Player by adjusting the value after =. Multiple permissions are separated by a comma.
6. Once finished editing, choose Save.
7. Start the server.
