Deleting a prospect from an ICARUS server is necessary for several reasons. It allows administrators to manage server space by deleting unnecessary files, switching to a new prospect or returning to a previously played one, and removing unwanted players from the server. This helps maintain security and control over the server and allows for better server environment management.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Find the following directory: /home/container/Icarus/Saved/PlayerData/DedicatedServer/Prospects .
5. Delete the desired prospect.
Note: Open the
.jsonfile to view the prospect details.
6. Confirm by clicking Delete.
7. Start the server.
