Biko is BisectHosting's support assistant built into the Starbase panel. Biko answers questions about running a game server via a small chat window, with no setup required. Every owner can use the assistant, and the feature remains optional. Biko can be toggled on or off for users who prefer to navigate the panel themselves or interact directly with the support team.
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Click the Account icon in the top-right corner.
3. Choose My Account.
4. Under Feature Toggles, disable Biko Panel Assistant.
