1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Settings tab and choose Game.ini Settings.
4. Under the [/Script/PathOfTitans.IGameSession] header, enter the following on a new line: GlobalPassiveGrowthPerMinute=0
Note: If
GlobalPassiveGrowthPerMinutealready exists, skip to step 5.
5. Next to GlobalPassiveGrowthPerMinute, change the value to the desired multiplier.
6. Press the Save button.
7. Start the server.
