1. Log in to the BisectHosting Starbase panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Select the Settings tab and choose Palworld Settings.
4. Toggle on the File View.
5. Next to the FishingDifficultyRate= line, input the desired value from 0.1 to 1.0.
