Base camps function as the central hubs for survival, automation, and progression in Palworld, powered by active Pals assigned to complete various tasks. The default limits limit both the total number of bases worldwide and the maximum number of worker Pals per site. While increasing the caps enables larger, more productive operations, it also places greater demands on server hardware due to increased pathfinding and rendering calculations.

BaseCampWorkerMaxNum=15 |
The maximum number of Pals allowed to work at a single base. While this number is still restricted by the level of the base, the server-wide cap can be increased up to 50.
