Guilds in Palworld serve as cooperative groups that allow players to work together, share resources, and co-manage bases. The server config includes specific settings dedicated to guild management. These control aspects of team play, such as the maximum number of members per guild and the total number of bases a single group can construct. Additionally, server settings manage inactive guilds to prevent clutter, with options to delete structures when members remain offline for an extended period.
